In the city of Cartagena, the great magnitude and importance, which generated valuable contributions to knowledge through innovative academic activities, where public participation was the central axis; I also encourage fraternity through play. This event was attended by more than 1,500 participants from different specialties including Critical Medicine and Intensive Care, Anesthesia, Urgentology, Internal Medicine, General Surgery and Cardiology; and had the participation of different national speakers, opinion leaders, and a select group of international guest professors from countries such as the USA, Spain, France, Canada, Panama, Brazil, and Costa Rica.
